Create and add a contact to HubSpot using the Mobile App

With the HubSpot mobile app, you can add contacts manually or by scanning a business card.

Technical Requirements

HubSpot mobile app downloaded and operating on one of the following:

1. Android running on 4.1 or later

2. iPhone running on iOS 11 or higher

Add a Contact Manually

1. Open the HubSpot App on your device

2. At the bottom of your screen, Click Contacts

3. In the Upper Right Corner, Click +

4. Click Enter manually

5. Enter contact details

6. Click Save

Add a Contact Using the Business Card Reader

1. Open the HubSpot App on your device

2. At the bottom of your screen, Click Contacts

3. In the Upper Right Corner, Click +

4. Click Scan business card

5. Review & edit contact details, including first & last name, email, phone number, and job title

6. Click Save

Business Card Best Practices

  • Review all information to ensure contact details align with proper fields before clicking save
  • Enter notes on where you met the lead, information you discussed, and create a task for follow up
