Admins can customize the properties that appear in the About section for users in your HubSpot account.
To Set Up or Change the About Section:
- Select Contacts and click on any contact record.
Note: The process is the same for Deals, Companies, and Tickets
- In the left panel select View All Properties.
- Here you will be able to search for and add properties to your About section view.
- In the left panel you can Reset to default properties or Drag and Drop to change the order of the properties.
Note: To remove a property from the About section, click X. If the "X " is greyed out, the property is an account-wide default property that cannot be removed.
