How to Configure the About Section in HubSpot

Admins can customize the properties that appear in the About section for users in your HubSpot account.

To Set Up or Change the About Section:

  • Select Contacts and click on any contact record.
    Note: The process is the same for Deals, Companies, and Tickets
  • In the left panel select View All Properties.

  • Here you will be able to search for and add properties to your About section view.
  • In the left panel you can Reset to default properties or Drag and Drop to change the order of the properties.

Note: To remove a property from the About section, click X. If the "X " is greyed out, the property is an account-wide default property that cannot be removed.
