How to connect your inbox to HubSpot

Connecting your inbox to HubSpot allows you to send emails through HubSpot, reply to emails in HubSpot, and collect incoming replies to emails.

You can send logged and/or tracked emails and access HubSpot Sales tools directly in your email inbox by installing the appropriate HubSpot add-in --

Gmail: Chrome extension

Office 365 or Outlook: Outlook add-in

Connect your inbox to HubSpot

1. In HubSpot, click the settings icon in the upper right corner

2. On the left side of your screen, click Integrations, then click Email Integrations

3. Click Connect an inbox - then, select your email provider
