How to set your default view on your tickets board

Want to set a filtered view as the default when you open the Tickets board? Here's how:

  • In your HubSpot account, click on Service in the main navigation bar.

  • In the dropdown menu, navigate to Service > Tickets. Once in Tickets, you can toggle between the Table and Board views using the buttons on the page header; Either view is acceptable, so pick the one that you prefer. 

  • In the left sidebar menu, locate the pipeline you want to view using the dropdown bar. If you only have one established pipeline, there will not be a dropdown bar.

  • In the left sidebar menu, click + Add filter. A menu will appear asking you to choose a property to filter on. You can scroll down to see all available properties or simply type you desired property into the search bar to bring it to the top. Click on your desired property.

  • A menu will appear to give you options on how to filter by the property you have selected. Choose your filter and click Apply filter at the bottom of the menu.

  • The menu will update and you will see the filter. Click Save to lock in your filter. 
  • A window will pop up asking you to give your filter a name and select who you would like it to be available to. Click Save.
  • In the left sidebar menu, click Options. A menu will drop down. Click Make default to lock in this filtered view as the default view that will show up the next time you open Tickets.
