Use the native HubSpot to Quickbooks online integration to create Quotes, Invoices, or Sales Receipts using HubSpot workflows

Steps to implement

  1. Connect HubSpot and Quickbooks Online integration, and complete the basic setup
  2. Choose your trigger record in HubSpot. There are two options,
    1. Deals
    2. Quotes
  3. Choose your destination record type in QBO. There are three options, but likely a best choice based on your existing accounting processes,
    1. Quote
    2. Invoice
    3. Sales Receipt
