Email logging to sandbox not production portal
What to do when your email is integrated with HubSpot, but it's not showing up in your production portal

What Happened
- The user tested email logging in the sandbox account
- User then disconnected their email from the sandbox account
- User then reconnected their email to the production account
- Emails still logged to the sandbox account
Solution
- Delete the user entirely from the sandbox account
