  • The company can see all contact, shift, and hour records from Galaxy Digital inside HubSpot
  • The company can report, and send marketing messages inside of HubSpot that were previously not possible 
  • The marketing team will be able to have near real-time (15 minute intervals) information on who has and has not volunteered with Every Meal
  • The marketing team can tailor messaging to past volunteers, with the hope of increasing re-engagement
  • Hours and Shift records will be visible on Contact records allowing Sponsorship Development and Site Management teams to reference and view volunteer activity without having to meet with the Volunteer Management team
  • The Volunteer Management team will be able to more fully move onto HubSpot allowing them to take advantage of reporting, cross-department data, and effective messaging software that was not given to them whilst being in Galaxy Digital
