Numbers Fields on Forms Are Incorrect

How to keep numbers on HubSpot forms from changing when users scroll up and down the web page

What Happened

  1. User sent us video of them filling in a form where they would type in a number, and the numbers increased after heading to the next field
  2. The form was not embedded on a landing page

Didn’t Work

  1. Put the form on a landing page. The mouse scroll was causing the number field to increment

Solution

  1. Put the number field a dropdown field instead of a number field
